I received a personal gift code, why isn't it working?

If you have received a gift code, please wait 24 hours before it is activated, unless this is a sitewide promotion. If this is a sitewide promotion and the gift code is still not working, it may be expired. 


If you are using your code after 24 hours and it is still not working, please check that your order is a minimum of $25 before using your code. 

I purchased a Custom E-Gift Card, but I don't see it in my email.
