  • We do not accept returns if your package is damaged by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • If your item is damaged on our behalf, you can return your item within 3 calendar to be eligible for an exchange or refund.


  • We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged on our behalf not the carrier.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non​refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
